The Fosston, Minnesota community is mourning the tragic death of 31-year-old TeeJay Alvarez, who died Tuesday morning after being shot at an apartment complex earlier in the week. According to law enforcement, officers were called to an apartment complex in the 300 block of Mark Avenue on Monday at approximately 3:20 p.m. following a 911 report of a disturbance involving a possible firearm.
